NATURE OF SOCIAL CHANNELS<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">The Society&#8217;s social profiles constitute digital spaces for institutional and professional communication aimed at:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">dissemination of information and business content<\/li><li class=\"li3\">presentation of services and activities<\/li><li class=\"li3\">professional updates<\/li><li class=\"li3\">interaction with users and stakeholders<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">These channels do not constitute official channels for legal, contractual, or formal communications, which must take place through the contact information listed on the company website.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>2. OBLIGATIONS OF USERS<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Users who interact with the Society&#8217;s social pages agree to:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">comply with current legal regulations<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Maintain proper, civil and professional language<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Publish content relevant to the topics covered<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">It is prohibited to publish or broadcast content that:<\/p><p class=\"p3\">(a) are offensive, defamatory, threatening, or injurious to the dignity of others;<br\/>(b) contain discriminatory or hate speech;<br\/>(c) infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, or personal data;<br\/>(d) constitute spam, unauthorized advertising, or extraneous promotions;<br\/>(e) are contrary to law, public order, or morality;<br\/>(f) contain personal data of third parties without adequate legal basis.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>3. MODERATING POWERS OF THE COMPANY<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">The Company, as the owner of its digital spaces, reserves the unquestionable right to:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">Moderate published content;<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Obscure or remove comments or materials deemed non-compliant;<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Restrict or prevent access to pages by users who violate this policy;<\/li><li class=\"li3\">Report any illegal conduct to the relevant platforms or authorities.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">These activities are carried out in accordance with the principles of proportionality and protection of freedom of expression, without prejudice to the Company&#8217;s right to protection of its reputation and digital spaces.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Each user is solely responsible for the content posted or shared.<br\/>The Company assumes no responsibility for content posted by third parties, nor for any damages resulting from reliance on information posted by users.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>5. PRIVATE MESSAGING<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Messages sent via social networks:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">do not constitute official or contractual communications;<\/li><li class=\"li3\">do not guarantee immediate response;<\/li><li class=\"li3\">can be redirected to the Society&#8217;s official channels.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><b>6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">All content published by the Society (text, trademarks, logos, images, information materials) is protected by intellectual property laws.<br>Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">The processing of personal data of users interacting with social pages is governed by the Social Media Privacy Policy and the Privacy Policy of the company website.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>8. CHANGES  <\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">The Company reserves the right to change this Social Media Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon publication. <\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>9. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED BY THE OWNER<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">The Owner may process personal data of users who interact with the LinkedIn page, such as:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li5\">First and last name (as visible in LinkedIn profile);<\/li><li class=\"li5\">profile image;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">content of public comments and interactions;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">messages sent through LinkedIn;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Data voluntarily provided by the user in communications.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p5\">The Owner does not require or process special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR. <\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>4. MODE OF TREATMENT.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">Processing is carried out by means of IT tools and the use of the LinkedIn platform, in compliance with appropriate security measures.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>8. RECIPIENTS OF DATA<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">The data can be accessed at:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li5\">Authorized personnel of the Owner;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">IT consultants or vendors;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">LinkedIn (as an autonomous owner).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p5\"><b>9. EXTRA EU DATA TRANSFER<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">LinkedIn may transfer data to non-EU countries in compliance with the safeguards set forth in the GDPR.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>10. RETENTION PERIOD<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">Data are processed for as long as necessary to manage the interaction or until deleted by the user according to the rules of the platform.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>11. USER RIGHTS<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">Users may exercise certain rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR with respect to personal data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the right to: <\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li5\">Revoke consent at any time;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Object to the processing of their Personal Data;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Access their personal data;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">verify and request rectification;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Obtain restriction of processing;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Obtain the deletion of their Personal Data;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Receive their personal data or have them transferred to another owner;<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Propose complaints to the data protection supervisory authority and\/or take legal action.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"p5\">In order to exercise their rights, users can address a request to the contact details of the Controller indicated in the next point. Requests are processed by the Holder as quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days. <\/p><p class=\"p5\">For processing done directly by LinkedIn, the user can contact the platform itself.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>12.
