DATA CONTROLLER<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">The Data Controller is: Plastic Consult S.r.l. (P.IVA IT04441680156) with registered office in Via Aniene n. 2 &#8211; 20151 Milan E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@plasticconsult.it\"><span class=\"s1\">info@plasticconsult.it<\/span><\/a><\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">They are treated exclusively:<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; email address<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; Any additional data voluntarily provided by the person in the application form<\/p><p class=\"p9\">The Owner does not require or process special categories of data under Art. 9 GDPR.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\">Personal data provided by the data subject are processed exclusively for:<\/p><p class=\"p5\">1.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Sending informational and promotional communications<br\/>2.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Sending, via e-mail, newsletters, informational updates, professional content, communications about services, initiatives and activities of the Owner.<\/p><p class=\"p10\">The processing is limited to communications directly related to the Holder&#8217;s activities. No profiling activities are carried out<br\/>No automated decision-making processes are adopted pursuant to Article 22 GDPR<br\/>No tracking of individual preferences for behavioral purposes is envisaged  <\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>4. LEGAL BASIS.  <\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">The legal basis is: Art. 6.1.a GDPR &#8211; free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent of the data subject<\/p><p class=\"p8\">Subscription to the newsletter is optional and subject to explicit consent.<\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>5. MODE OF TREATMENT.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">Processing is carried out by means of electronic instruments and computer systems, according to logic strictly related to the stated purposes, in accordance with the principles of:<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; minimisation<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; conservation limitation<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; integrity and confidentiality<\/p><p class=\"p8\">Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken pursuant to Article 32 GDPR.<\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>6. RECIPIENTS OF DATA<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">Data may be processed by parties who provide functional services for the management of the newsletter, such as:<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; IT service provider<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; Providers of platforms for sending e-mail communications<\/p><p class=\"p8\">These individuals act as Data Processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, based on appropriate contractual agreement. <\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>7. TRANSFER OF DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">Where the technology providers used involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will take place in accordance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).<\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>8. RETENTION PERIOD<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">Personal data are kept until:<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; revocation of consent by the data subject, or<\/p><p class=\"p8\">&#8211; unsubscribing from the newsletter<\/p><p class=\"p8\">This is without prejudice to retention for any legal protection needs of the Holder.<\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>9. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND UNSUBSCRIPTION<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">The data subject may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any e-mail communication, or by writing to info@plasticconsult.it<\/p><p class=\"p8\">Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before revocation.<\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>10.NATURE OF CONTRIBUTION<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">The provision of data is optional. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to receive the newsletter. <\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>11. USER RIGHTS<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">Users may exercise certain rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR with respect to personal data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the right to: <\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li8\">Revoke consent at any time;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Object to the processing of their Personal Data;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Access their personal data;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">verify and request rectification;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Obtain restriction of processing;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Obtain the deletion of their Personal Data;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Receive their personal data or have them transferred to another owner;<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Propose complaints to the data protection supervisory authority and\/or take legal action.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"p8\">In order to exercise their rights, users can address a request to the contact details of the Controller indicated in the next point. Requests are processed by the Holder as quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days. <\/p><p class=\"p8\"><b>12. NESWLETTER PRIVACY POLICY UPDATE<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">The Data Controller may amend or simply update, in whole or in part, this Policy by giving notice to Users.<\/p><p class=\"p8\">Changes and updates will be binding as soon as they are posted on the Application.
